When you apply for a course, register for an event, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, country, local conference, WhatsApp number, and any messages you send. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used (page views, device type, referrer) to improve the platform.

2. Why we collect it

• To process your course or event application and keep you informed about your cohort.
• To send occasional updates about new tracks, scholarships, and community events.
• To improve our content, courses, and learning experience.
• To respond to your questions and provide mentorship support.

3. What we never do

We will never sell your personal information to advertisers or third-party marketers. We do not share your data with any organisation outside the Adventist in Tech ecosystem without your explicit consent.

4. How we protect it

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Only a small number of trained staff and facilitators can access learner records, and only for the purpose of running the programme.

5. Your choices

You can ask to view, update, or permanently delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email adventistintech@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for theme preferences and lightweight analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Children

Some of our tracks (such as Roblox Game Design) are designed for younger learners. For users under 16, we require a parent or guardian to complete the application on their behalf.

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Significant changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
